When to use FRP poles?
Customized poles and masts
Main advantages of FRP poles and masts
- Smaller insulator lengths, which can lead to more compact structures.
- Smaller phase and circuit distances can be achieved.
- Smaller arm and crossarm lengths, cost savings and reduced torsional stresses on structures and foundations.
- Highly resistant to corrosive environmental attacks.
- Used in compact lines (In vogue).

Safety and performance in poles
Fiberglass - electronic insulation
Fiberglass is dielectric, its electrical conductivity is extremely low, as is aramid fiber.
Minimal dielectric conductivity increases the safety of maintenance personnel during pole replacement and mitigates safety concerns.
Technical characteristics
- Heights from 8 m to 30 m ideal for lighting, power transmission and distribution.
- System of joints without additional mechanical elements to guarantee the joints of 2 or more bodies.
- Polygonal cross section to increase the torsional strength of the joints.
- Poles designed to withstand loads from 510 kgf to 6,000 kgf.
- Manufacturing method by filament winding (filament winding).
- Sectioned for easy transport, maintenance and assembly.
- Fitting without adjustment bolt (no turning due to its polygonal section).
- Product certificates under international standards.
- Designed under ASCE No.104 standard.
- Friction clamping system.
